As we are within walking distance of Clanny House, University, Empire Theatre and Sunderland city centre. near bus and Metro links to Stadium of Light, Durham, Metrocentre and Newcastle airport. Felicitations is ideally located for students and students' parents in town for visits, enrolment and graduation. Because of our location we save you on travel costs when booking further afield.

We offer spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Felicitations has been freshly renovated. All bedrooms have adjoining private shower/bath rooms and feature tea and coffee facilities, hair dryers, alarm clocks and TVs.

There is FREE on road parking outside the guest house. We also can offer you flexibility on times when checking in with prior arrangement.
